With four Epson I3200 industrial printheads, it supports a nine-color configuration (CMYK + ORGB + White), providing broader color gamut coverage and smoother transitions to satisfy high-quality printing demands.

Heavy-Duty Gantry Frame for Stability and Precision
Featuring a high-strength steel gantry frame, this machine offers superior rigidity, enhanced stability, and more accurate registration compared to traditional aluminum structures. This solid foundation supports continuous high-speed operation, reaching up to 120 A4-sized prints per hour.

PRODUCT FEATURES

EPSON I3200 Print Heads

We use original EPSON I3200 print heads, with a 4-head configuration (2 white + 2 color). With our dedicated software, it can print 130-150 A4-sized pieces per hour.

02 Steel Gantry Frame

Compared with traditional aluminum frames, our steel gantry frame is harder and more stable. It stays completely still during printing, giving you higher precision and perfect registration. It’s also very easy to disassemble and assemble, even non-professional technicians can set it up by themselves.

03 Linear Rail

We use Taiwan HIWIN brand linear rails. They keep the printhead moving in a perfectly straight line, ensuring consistent high precision that won’t drop even after years of use.

04 Single Servo Motor Synchronous Transmission

Traditional shuttle table machines use two servo motors (one on each side), which sometimes causes out-of-sync movement and registration errors. Our machine uses single servo motor transmission technology, ensuring fully synchronous movement and more accurate left-right registration.

05 Supports Multiple Printing Processes

You can make film positives and screen frames on this machine. The frame has clamps for manual screen printing, so you can combine DTG printing with various processes for custom designs: gold/silver powder, puff ink, flock, heat transfer film, thick prints, and more. This helps you increase profit margins on your printed products.

06 8-Color Ink System

We use an 8-color system: standard CMYK + ORGB spot colors. This gives you a wider color gamut, better color saturation, smooth color gradients, and more realistic prints. With professional PRINTFACTORY software, you can use one-click background removal and one-click knockout to easily print gradients, feathering, light effects, and other custom designs.

07 Breathable Print with No Hand Feel, Wash Fastness ≥ Grade 4

The print is soft and breathable with no heavy hand feel. It has a wash fastness rating of Grade 4 or higher, so colors won’t fade after repeated washing.

08 Eco-Friendly Water-Based Pigment Ink

We use eco-friendly water-based pigment ink. The printing process is waterless, dust-free, smokeless, odorless, and produces no waste or noise. It’s fully compliant with environmental regulations, so you don’t have to worry about environmental audits.

09 Prints on Both Finished Garments & Cut Pieces

You can print on both finished garments and cut pieces. The maximum adjustable printing thickness is 10cm. It works perfectly on T-shirts, hoodies, sweaters, denim, towels, and more – even thick fabrics.

  Guangzhou coolprint digital technology Co., Ltd. was jointly established by Guangzhou Aocai and Shantai Taihe Knitting Factory. The coolprint direct-to-garment (DTG) printer was developed in 2009, with breakthrough achievements made in 2011 and applied in our own printing factory for production.
