Epson I3200 DTF Printer With High Precision Linear Guides For Stable Output

This DTF printing system utilizes Epson I3200 printheads and is designed for heat transfer film applications, accommodating media up to 70cm in width with a peak output of 30 square meters per hour. Precision linear guides and an extra-thick steel frame construction contribute to exceptional rigidity, eliminating vibration during high-speed operation and ensuring accurate registration. For color reproduction, the system operates on a CMYK plus white ink configuration, producing vivid, saturated results. Both the printhead assembly and the powder shaker are fitted with pre-heating functionality, guaranteeing consistent adhesive application even in high-humidity environments. A mesh belt conveyor mechanism maintains smooth, drift-free media transport. Configuration flexibility includes a choice between two or four printheads, along with single- or dual-section options for the powder shaker and drying unit.

  Guangzhou coolprint digital technology Co., Ltd. was jointly established by Guangzhou Aocai and Shantai Taihe Knitting Factory. The coolprint direct-to-garment (DTG) printer was developed in 2009, with breakthrough achievements made in 2011 and applied in our own printing factory for production.
